I’m always rushing, always stressed. I perform at least 5 times a week. Sometimes 3 shows in one day with TV tapings and rehearsals in between. According to research, stress can lead to serious health problems such as heart disease, depression, and high blood pressure.. To relieve myself from stress I sniff Lavander, eat chocolate or drink coffee. But I’ve discovered something even better- touching/self-pleasure. Touching is one of the easiest, safest and most pleasurable ways to relieve stress. Aside from inducing the release of feel good hormone Endorphin, it also improves cardiovascular health. That’s why I touch as much as possible.
