Do the Kegel exercise. You can do this while urinating. Cut off the flow of urine and then starting and stopping it repeatedly. (Begin with a full bladder.) Stronger pelvic muscles will help you exercise ejaculatory control . Don’t do this everyday as it will destroy muscle function.
Press, don’t thrust.
Press the head of your penis into her clitoris. Play around her vaginal entrance, where her erogenous zones are. Use shallow thrusts technique, 1 ½ inches to 2 inches of your penis inside her vagina.
Master foreplay
Use your fingers, use your mouth. Keep your woman happy.
